1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.lucenciskin.com and any of its sub-paths (collectively, the “Store”), operated by Pranir Labs Private Limited (“Pranir Labs”, “Lucenci”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a company incorporated in India with CIN U21002TS2026PTC210235. By accessing, browsing, or placing an order on the Store, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Refund Policy, and our Shipping Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Store.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, to place an order on the Store. If you are under 18, you may use the Store only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to be bound by these Terms on your behalf.

3. Account registration

You may browse the Store without creating an account, but some features (including order history and faster checkout) require an account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately at hello@lucenciskin.com if you suspect any unauthorised use.

4. Products, descriptions, and availability

We try to describe our products as accurately as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, photographs, colours, ingredient lists, or other content on the Store are completely accurate, current, or error-free. Colours may appear differently on different screens. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to change product information, prices, or availability at any time without prior notice.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of any item that may be purchased per customer, per order, or per household, and to discontinue any product at any time.

5. Pricing, taxes, and payment

All prices on the Store are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR / ₹).
Prices are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. Any applicable taxes will be itemised on your invoice.
Shipping charges, where applicable, are shown at checkout and described in our Shipping Policy.
Payment is taken at the time of order placement. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout, which may include credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, popular Indian wallets, and Cash on Delivery (where offered).
Payments are processed by third-party payment processors that are PCI-DSS compliant. We do not store full card numbers, UPI handles, or net-banking credentials.
If a payment fails or is reversed for any reason, we may cancel the corresponding order.

6. Order acceptance and cancellation

Your order constitutes an offer to buy the products you have selected, subject to these Terms. Our confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order is not an acceptance of your offer. We accept your offer (and the contract of sale is formed) only when we dispatch the order and send you a dispatch-confirmation email with tracking details.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order before dispatch, including for the following reasons:

The product is out of stock or has been discontinued.
The price of the product was incorrect due to a typographical or system error.
Suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.
The shipping address is in an area we cannot deliver to.
Restrictions imposed by applicable law.

If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the full amount to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. You may cancel your own order free of charge at any time before it is dispatched by emailing hello@lucenciskin.com; once the order has been dispatched, our Refund Policy applies.

7. Shipping and delivery

Shipping locations, charges, processing times, and delivery timelines are described in our Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss in the products pass to you upon delivery.

8. Returns and refunds

Our return and refund eligibility, process, and timelines are described in our Refund Policy. These rights are in addition to any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and other applicable Indian law.

9. Not medical or professional advice

Information on the Store about skin, ingredients, and skincare is provided for general educational purposes only. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for professional diagnosis or treatment by a qualified dermatologist, physician, or other healthcare provider. If you have a skin condition, allergy, or sensitivity, please consult a healthcare professional before using any product. Discontinue use immediately if you experience an adverse reaction and seek medical advice. Individual results vary; testimonials, before/after images, and reviews reflect the experience of specific individuals and are not a guarantee of similar results.

10. Intellectual property

All content on the Store — including text, graphics, logos, photographs, product images, brand names (including “Pranir Labs” and “Lucenci”), product names, packaging design, and the visual design of the Store — is owned by or licensed to Pranir Labs and is protected by Indian and international intellectual-property laws. You may view, share, and print pages of the Store for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, sell, or create derivative works from any part of the Store without our prior written permission.

If you submit content to us (for example, a product review, photo, or testimonial), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, sub-licensable licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display that content in connection with the Store and our marketing. You represent that you own or have all necessary rights to the content you submit and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.

11. User conduct

You agree not to:

Use the Store for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Store, our hosting infrastructure, our internal systems, or any related system or network.
Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Store or breach any security or authentication measures.
Use any automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers, other than well-behaved search-engine crawlers) to access the Store, scrape pricing or product data, or place orders.
Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
Post, submit, or transmit any content that is unlawful, defamatory, abusive, harassing, obscene, fraudulent, infringing, or harmful.
Interfere with the proper working of the Store or the experience of other customers.
Use the Store to resell our products through unauthorised channels, including third-party marketplaces, without our written consent.

12. Third-party links and services

The Store may contain links to, or integrations with, third-party websites or services (such as social-media platforms, payment gateways, courier-tracking pages, and review platforms) that are not owned or controlled by Pranir Labs. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party website or service. Your use of any third-party site is at your own risk and subject to that site’s terms.

13. Disclaimer of warranties

Except as expressly stated in these Terms or as required under Indian consumer-protection law (which cannot be excluded by contract), the Store and all content on it are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pranir Labs disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, completeness, or availability. We do not warrant that the Store will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Pranir Labs, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Store or any product purchased from it, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with any product, order, or your use of the Store shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for that product or order. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

15. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Pranir Labs and its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates harmless from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Store, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

16. Changes to the Store and these Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Store, any product, or any part of either of them at any time, with or without notice. We may also revise these Terms from time to time. The revised Terms become effective when posted on this page. For material changes, we will give reasonable advance notice. Your continued use of the Store after the revised Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of them. Orders placed before the revisions take effect are governed by the Terms in force at the time of order placement.

17. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, your order, or your use of the Store.
